    Hello,

I’m new to WMS, we are currently managing our office Wyse units using WNOS.ini files, however we will need to roll out WMS as replacement solution very soon (Coming month).

First could you please advise which WMS Cloud edition will be the most appropriate between Private and Public to order to be able to manage both Wyse ThinOS units which are in an office (DHCP/DNS managed) and at staff who are working from home (public Internet facing).

Second, which option would be the most appropriate to select if we need to allow an external headset (Composite audio or USB)with microphone connected to a Wyse 3040 (ThinOS) connected to a Microsoft RDS Broker (Server 2016) via WMS 3.2 software?

Third, are you aware if WMS Cloud edition supports 3rd party MFA providers like DUO for 2FA cloud admin dashboard login security?

Thank you in advance for the reply.

    Best regards,

    Lsavripen

Welcome to the world of WMS.
If you want to manage clients in the office and in the home offices I would recommend WMS Pro. With that version you have access to WMS Cloud and all clients can easily check in. You can even split and install an additional WMS Pro server in you datacenter and share the licenses between these two instances. For example, you buy 100 licenses and use 50 in the cloud and 50 in you datacenter.
The backend is not interesting in your WMS version decision.
