Hello
Print mapping works fine in ThinOS 8.6 but not in ThinOS 9.1. The configuration is set in the client print wizard in the local thin client, mapping is not happening inside the VDI session.
Also I can’t see in ThinOS 9.1 WMS policy a setting related to the Print Map file (PrinterMap Settings in 8.6)
We have been troubleshooting the intermittent issue with Printer mapping in ThinOS 9.1.6108. The default LPD printer is not mapped into the VDI session. The mapping works fine in ThinOS 8.6
Looking into Citrix logs, In VDI session launch the default printer value is null even though it’s set and configured in ThinOS and the driver installed in VDA.
Citrix Workspace: 21.12.0.18.3
Tested Print Drivers
• HP LaserJet 400 M401 PCL 6
• HP Universal Printing PS
• HP Color LaserJet 2800 Series PS
