Hi, can anyone confirm if its possible to configure multiple connection brokers in ThinOS9.1?  On ThinOS 8.6 I used Advanced INI parameters through WMS and this presented each of our VMWare Horizon connection brokers (UAG) in a drop down list on the login screen.  With ThinOS9.1, I cannot find an equivalent setting, and it looks like you can only configure a single one?

Do you want to use them as fail-over brokers or should the user connect to all brokers with one single login?

These would be failover brokers, 4 of them in total based in various regions.
In thinOS 8.6 I had these selectable from a drop down list on the login screen, and I’m struggling to replicate this setup.

Have you tried to enter the different broker separated by a semicolon?

Yea I have the admin policy tool opened up directly on the thin client for testing, and I’ve tried various combinations.  Full urls separated by semicolon, comma, pipe.  Trailing slash etc.  It only seems to accept the first entry and ignores everything else.

Just thought I’d post back to advise I figured out how to do this.  You need to create a select parent group in WMS, and then create sub groups under that for each of the connection brokers you require.   Add a device to one of the sub groups so it defaults to that particular configuration, but the user can switch the connection broker directly from the login screen.  Each of these can be configured for anything, Citrix, VMWHorizon etc

    Hello Danlo,

Can you please explain a bit further how do you achieved it ?

I’m also on ThinOS 9.x and I’m trying to make a drop-down menu of my 2 horizon broker.

I don’t get the structure of your group in WMS..

    Thanks in advance
