Mouse jumping/Keyboard issues

    I have some users using Wyse 3040 clients on ThinOS 9 and their keyboard will randomly quit typing – they have to click back where they were and resume typing. It acts like the application the typing was happening in was clicked away from.

    This issue is affecting multiple users all running thinOS 9 on 3040 Clients on Citrix

    Hey nstaab,

    there any update on your preceding post? We are experiencing similar issues among users using Wyse 3040 and Wyse 5070 thin clients running on ThinOS 9.

    I’m not 100% sure on what I did to fix the issue, (I played with a ton of configurations) but I suspect I resolved when I “Disabled Touchscreen”
