Hello ConfGen,
I’ve got a bit of an odd one where we have updated our thin client’s firmware to the latest ones which is 8.6.027. Users are now showing signs of mouse input lag when using our Citrix environment and then Citrix in on a clients environment.
The lag only starts to appear in the client’s environment. This wasn’t the case before my upgrade.
The mouse input lag only appears for a select few on the environment but they are using either 3020 or 3040.
We updated original so we could use the dell wyse management suite to see all our thin clients that are out in the wild.
Below is the ini file that in use.

I’ve tried diffrent Citrix Reciver and Citrix workspace still happens for the users.
I’ve flashed the devices.
Any help would be grateful.
Thank you.

Your wnos.ini looks good. Only mistake is the „\“ after the GroupKey=******* \
This has to be removed. Of course, this will not have any influence on your mouse issue.CG
