Tagged: changing IP, migrate WMS, WMS
Hello there,
I plan to migrate all my infrastructure to another datacenter. I will replicate the VM, but the IP address will be different. Is there any issue if I change the IP of the server. The DNS will be update.
Can I migrate a server to a new one (upgrading the OS for exemple ?)
Regards,
Usually, yes you have an issue. During installation, the IP address is added to the databases. Here is a link to a Dell article that explains how to change the IP address of WMS.
