LTSC 2021 Thin Setup

Hello

In over my head. Longtime admin for ThinOS clients and now moving to WMS. Need to get multimedia capability working. Have been unsuccessful with WTOS 9.x and now trying Dell 3000 thin with LTSC 2021. This is a complete nightmare. Trying to get the 3000 unit to auto connect to Windows Terminal Server. Would like the same login ‘Look and feel” as WTOS but having great difficulty. Tying to find a Dell SE thru my vendor has been a joke.

Anybody that can point me in right direction it would be appreciated.

Greetings! My name is Jim Lathan, I have been with Dell about 20 years serving in many roles; mostly Systems Engineer. My history with Wyse starts years before the Dell acquisition. Before the purchase of Wyse, I and a hand full of system engineers guided dell to desktop virtualization leading to Dell developing its first Thin Client. Having kickstarted the VDI strategy I moved to the Client Product Group where I co-launched Dells VDI-in-a-box and participated in the vetting of the thin client industry which led to Dell purchasing Wyse. Once the acquisition was completed, I moved back into a systems engineer role to help educate and promote the new Dell / Wyse solutions. Years later, I have been active in providing feedback and new product evaluations for Wyse and other VDI related solutions. I am also continuing to educate myself and build experiences with Citrix, VMware, Microsoft, and cloud-based solutions. My friends know me as Diginerd. So, what makes me a Diginerd? My other technical passions is Raspberry Pi’s, 3D printers, laser cutters, Ham radio, and I love to learn about technologies big and small, old and new. My hobbies include renovating Commodore 64s, old school electronics and learning Linux. I also enjoy camping and being with my family. I want to finish by thanking Thomas for a tremendous job of building Techincalhelp. I pledge to you all that I will give it my all and do my best to fill his shoes.
