I have a V30 that works fine after a factory reset (G key), but after a shutdown / restart, all connection options are missing, so I can’t add RDP, ICA etc. Again, they all reappear if I G key it again.

I’ve upgraded the firmware, and reset the BIOS to defaults but still the problem occurs.

I’ve tried pushing every chip/connector tight onto the motherboard; reseated the memory card and replaced the battery but still no luck.

Can anyone suggest anything else that I can try?

Check out the Control Panel-Security settings. Is Security enabled?
