I am having trouble getting desired behavior out of my configuration. I am using VMWare View as my connection broker. When I boot a device and log into vmware, and get to my VDI desktop, then want to log off, I get this message “PCoIP reconnect to “vdi workstation name” time remaining: 20 seconds”
I want users to be able to log off of their vdi workstation and the wyse device to go back to the VMware View login, not automatically reconnect to their vdi workstation.
heres my wnos.ini, sensitive info removed.
Under General 3..that works if i click the X on the “PCoIP reconnect box”

VncPrompt=No Accept=10January 20, 2017 at 6:11 pm #43701Do you say that there is no reconnect anymore after adding Reconnectatlogon=0 to your wnos.ini?
Where is the problem then?CG
January 20, 2017 at 6:28 pm #43703Sorry for the confusion, what I was trying to say that the “AutoSignoff=yes Reboot=yes” will execute if I click the X on the box that comes up saying that its reconnecting back to my vdi desktop. It seems WTOS isnt seeing me selecting ‘log off’ from my win7 vdi session as a disconnect, but does see it as a disconnect if you click the X button on the reconnect box. Is there a way I can get it to go back to the vmware view login screen after a user logs off from their vdi session?
January 23, 2017 at 10:02 am #43708With “AutoSignoff=yes Reboot=yes” ThinOS will reboot the client as soon as the last open session is closed. This is regardless of the reason why it is closed – logoff, disconnect, shutdown,…

January 23, 2017 at 4:37 pm #43719That was not the behavior I was getting, as I said earlier, on log off from the vdi session it it would pop up a reconnecting to (session name) 20 seconds window, and then reconnect to my vdi session..
I did, however, figure out the issue. I needed to add
reconnect=no into my .ini to stop WTOS from automatically reconnecting to my vdi session. Now once logged into my vdi session, I can press log off and it takes me back to the VMware view login screen!!with the Configuration Generator tool, it looks like this is found under General Session > session reconnect, by default there was nothing in there, and it was automatically reconnecting.
