Logo for Login Window (ThinOS 9.0)

    Hi eveyone,

    I have uploaded a logo for login window for my test wyse that running the new thinos 9.0 version. But the wyse keep getting the error message that it failed to download the logo. I have tried uploaded my logo as jpg,png and ico but it keeps getting the same error message “Failed to download logo.ico”

    Anyone that have succesed uploading logo for login window on wyse that running thinos 9.0 ?

    Was the same logo file working on ThinOS 8?

    From your screenshot it says bws_logo.ico.
    .ico files are not supported for Logos. Please use .jpg file.
    Tested in my lab and it works fine with my JPG.

    Do you have a package policy configured? Like Citrix Workspace App Pkg? If so, try removing it from your policy and try again.

    Removing the Citrix pkg solved the issue for me.

    Do you know why its fails to download logos when the Citrix Workspace App pkg is applied ?

    sorry, no idea. Most likely a bug. We probably have to wait for an update from DELL.

    Looks like this is going to be fixed in the next release coming in July.
