@schurmb I would be very interested if there is something different in the configurations as @brian1020 says. We only have a local storefront and are experiencing this error still.
March 24, 2022 at 10:00 am #107437Pointing it to a different store and having the issue go away tells me it’s a store configuration and not ThinOS. If it was a ThinOS issue it should occur regardless of the store you’re pointing to, don’t you think?
March 24, 2022 at 10:30 am #107439Came across this, I know its older article, but could be something simple as #4, Time settings and session timeouts does not match across servers

March 24, 2022 at 10:38 am #107440Here’s one more, again I don’t know your full setup so just throwing these out as something to check.

March 26, 2022 at 7:51 am #107462Let’s take ThinOS out of the equation. If you use the store URL on a Windows device on your corporate network and plug the URL into native Citrix Workspace App, what is the behavior?
April 12, 2022 at 8:58 am #107532Checking in with the same issue here.
Only affecting the 3040’s that I’ve updated to 9.1 while 8.6 workstations continue working fine so I’m still thinking it’s somehow specific to ThinOS.
All Wyse terms are internal/local and do not pass through the Netscaler in our case. I can at least rule out the system time mismatch you proposed. I discovered that one myself during the last DST change so I know all our clocks are in sync now.
Thank you for the troubleshooting and ideas so far. Hoping we can get to a solution.
August 9, 2022 at 5:28 am #107785Haven’t been able to troubleshoot further.
I did see following in the release notes for Thinos 2205 under fixed issues:
“DTOS-8051
User has to know that pressing Esc button refreshes the connection and brings back the web-based login page in ThinOS 9.1.1—CIPS-26098.”Pressing the escape button before login was the workaround to not get the ‘sessionid is expired’ message.
Has anyone tested with Thinos 2205 yet?

August 24, 2022 at 9:21 am #107798I am running ThinOS 2205 and the issue persists.
September 21, 2022 at 4:16 am #107913I have compared our central storefront servers (where I don’t have the issue) with the branch storefront servers (where I have the issue).
I checked the session settings in storefront gui as well as the web.config files. Settings are the same. Also checked the IIS config, but cannot see any difference.
The only difference is that the central Storefront servers are configured for Netscaler access and load balanced with an internal loadbalancer.
