So since the stay at home and work now, our security team has asked me to add some additional security measures like a lock screen on External devices. The lock screen works, when the timer hits, the issue users are having is the seamless log in from the lock screen to the Citrix desktop.
On a laptop, the laptop will lock and the ica client will pass along that log in to the desktop. On the Wyse it doesnt do that. I been going though the ConfigGen app to see if there is anything that would make that transition but I am not finding it.
Is there a way that when a user unlocks thier Wyse, that the log in will pass to the Desktop as well… or they stuck doing dual logins when the Wyse locks.
You should only use a lock either in the Citrix desktop or the ThinOS desktop, but not both.

Ok so in other words, unlike a Laptop where the ICA client will pass the credentials to the desktop, the Wyse version of the ICA client isnt capable of doing that
