Our Wyse 3040 clients do not update the WMS console with the correct information.
Normally you see in the list of devices the ‘last user’, but now you only see N/A.
    Am I doing something wrong?

We use WMS 2.1 with Dell Wyse 3040 with the newest firmware WTOS 9 and Bios version 1.2.5

    Also:
Our WMS server is using our ‘DHCP Scope options’ to point the Dell clients. Thats all working well.
But when we do a change like another desktop background (via WMS) we have to factory default the clients first, and reboot them twice.

I use WMS Public Cloud so I can test the NA feature after July 10 when the cloud version upgrades to WMS 2.1.

Nice I’m curious if other people have the same thing. Not very important but more handy to see who is last logged in 🙂

What’s your background? Obviously Citrix, but what version? Directly or via Netscaler.
    Storefront or Workspace mode?

I have now installed ” ThinOS 9.0.2081 Image file based on 9.0.1136″  and now we can see the ‘last user’ again. Tomorrow we will test more clients and let you know here.

We have tested it again and now we are sure it works with version 9.0.2081
So if you install 9.0.1136 be aware that Last User is not working 🙂

I have the same problem. I’m using WMS 3.5.2.16 and once the thin clients are assigned to a group, I get the N/A in the “Last User” field for all devices in the group. What is odd is that if they are in the unassigned group the usernames show up. We are using Citrix in Workspace mode.

    Client ThinOS (9.1.6108)

    Any ideas?
