    Hi,

I have recently tested two Jabra headsets which both worked fine right out of the box with WTOS 6.5 code. I was able to simply attached the headsets, connect via ICA or RDP to my server and start Cisco IP Communicator to make my calls.
Worked perfectly along with the Wyse TCX Suite 4 for Rich Sound bidirectional sound.

    Headsets:
    – Jabra GN2000 USB CIPC
    – Jabra BIZ2400 USB OC

Hello @ConfGen, I also use Jabra Model HSC060, ENC060 and Plantronics “Clear HD Sound 628 USB Headsets. XenApp 7.5 and Wyse Dell TC3030 and TC3040 with Firmware 8.4_112. My problem is that this Headsets works form me and many users but I have some specific users (more or less 10) which complain the problem sound lost completely and ThinClient freeze and you can do nothing only reboot and/or factory resets helps to login again.

Here you can see when I insert Headsets (1st example Plantronics and 2nd Jabra)

Do you have any idea why it doesn’t work for all users? Why it freezes from time to time and only factory reset helps?

Many thanks for your support and feedback.

I have been testing the Jabra Dial 550 and Logitech H570e with Dell 5060 WTOS.  They have been working great other than I can’t seem to get the phone buttons to interact with the software to begin/end calls.  Were you able to accomplish this in your testing?
