Hi All,
for some time we have been running ThinOS 8.3_109 without issue connecting\Authenticating via NetScaler 11.1.
Upgrading to 8.5_012 this no longer works so wanted to know if anyone else has come across this? I have seen another post where people are having cert issues with 8.5_012, could the two be related? Logs on the NetScaler would suggest it is authenticating but no errors in the ThinOS.
Just a message “Citrix Sign On Failed” on the login box
Rolling back to the OS to 8.3_109 and it works again.
So on NS you can see in the logs that the user is authenticated successfully and the desired policy/profile is assigned?
Do you have any second factor in place (RSA, DUO, etc.)?
