improve video display with wyse 5040 and windows server 2016 on citrix

    with our wyse THINOS 5040 firmware 8.6.206, connect to the windows 2016 server, via citrix, on a BP app layer, when we want to watch videos under youtube, we have a strong degradation of the display.

    Can we improve that ?

    May be an option in .ini ?

    We use a wdm

    Its not a WYSE issue its an issue on your citrix policy side goto your Citrix Policies and change your “Use Video Codec For Compression” setting to “For The Entire Screen” and will chnage your ICA encoding to H264 which will help with video content.
