Hey All,
I’m trying to figure out if there’s a WMS setting that I’m missing or if my issue is with ThinOS in general. The problem the users are having is if they sign-off of their session and the WYSE sits idle for over ~5 minutes they can’t get logged back in unless they hit ESC or restart the WYSE. As long as they sign back in within 5 minutes or so they are OK but if they wait longer than that they receive login failed. I’ve played around with different Idle and Inactive times in WMS but nothing I set seems to make a difference. Any ideas?
Environment
WYSE 5010 with ThinOS 8.6 and Horizon 5.1
WYSE 5070 with ThinOS 9.1.1131 and Horizon 2006 (also tried 2012 and 2103)
Do you receive any wrong username/password related errors in Horizon Administrator (“events” tab)?
no, i believe this time out issue is with ThinOS 9.x. No events are recorded until successful sign-in to the broker.
