For some reason all I get is the guest logon.
I tried the G key to reset to factory default but no luck.
is there any other way to reset it to factory default?

    Thanks,

Do you have DHCP running in your environment? Is the LAN cable plugged in?

Try to press Ctrl*Alt+arrow down in the session to get back to the Linux screen. Maybe you can configure something there.

It looks like the privilege level is set to either none or low. This prevents resetting the unit to factory default and stops local access to any configuration applets.
The only option you have is to sniff the network traffic while the unit is booting. Check out for FTP traffic and look for the IP address the unit is looking for to load a wlx.ini.
Now that you have the IP, you can rebuild a FTP server with that IP and put an open wlx.ini (Privilege=high) in there.
