Hey! I’m running into a weird issue, hope that maybe someone has seen this as well. ThinOS 8.6 seems to work fine in our Citrix env, but with 9.0 MR1 I’m seeing a strange behavior where I have to type a password twice to log in – once to authenticate to the Citrix gateway and once to authenticate to the storefront. Did 9.0 MR1 change something about the way that it passes through credentials or is this a configuration on the Citrix end that we need to tweak?
I do not see this here.
What Netscaler and Storefront/Citrix version are you using?
CG
Just closing the loop here, this appears to have just been an issue with storefront remote access settings, nothing to do with the thin clients.
@aleston, did you receive err-bad-request on the first login? We are seeing this behavior when the client is idle for five minutes when logged out.
