Gold Bar at left of screen missing

I am new to WDM and WMS and am migrating from WDM to WMS 3.6.2. In my migration, I seem to have lost a gold bar that would appear to the left of my WYSE thin clients. I was able to get it back at one point, but I have tested so many settings I don’t remember what it was that I changed. I can see the zero toolbar, but this was different. I am not sure if it has to do with the Classic desktop vs. Zero but I thought I remembered finding an article where a certain hotkey needed to be disabled……However I can’t seem to find that article again either. Any help would be appreciated.
