Getting error ‘Secure connection open failed”=>loadb

    Hi all I was hoping I could get some help with this. We just introduced a hardware load balancer in front of our WI 5.0 servers running PNA and now we receive an error when we start up the V10 stating that ‘Secure connection open failed’. It’s not the WI servers for if I plug an IP address in the PnliteServer= line going explicitly to one of the WI servers, it works fine. Is there any extra configuration I need to put in there to tell it that the web interface is being load balanced? Any ideas?

    Are you using a SSL connection? Have you imported the root certificate to the V10L?
