Hello
I am testing out the move to thinOS 9.x. In my lab i have a 3040 running 9.1.4234. Running WMS 3.5 setup (correctly, i think, as the 3040 is getting all the correct settings- logo, background etc). However, when trying to login to a Windows 2019 terminal server via RDP, i am getting a “Gateway Transport Failure” error. My Cert is downloading correctly to the 3040, but i just can seem to make a connection.
Any help to point me in the right direction would be appreciated!
Thanks!
Do you have ThinOS 9.1.5067 Microsoft AVD package v1.5_1325 for Dell Wyse 3040, 5070, 5470, and 5470 All-in-One Thin Clients installed?

Download and extract. Then upload into WMS as a package for 9.1. Then go to your policy and under the Firmware section, select application, and select the AVD package to install on your device.
