    Hello everyone,

I recently got a wyse 5070 and try to use it to connect to a server 2022 remote desktop session host. The server had a quadro m2000 GPU and is configured to use NVENC. I have tested with windows client and it can deliver through AVC and use NVENC.

I try to connect wyse 5070 to it with AVC enabled and got only black screen with cruiser. I can see logs indicator NVENC is used and session is established, but no error or warning is generated.

I tried to use software encoder still got same result.

Then i tried with AVC disabled, it works fine. But enable AVC after that still got me the same black screen.

I am currently runing out of ideas why it can’t work.

    What versions are you using?

    ThinOS:

    AVD:

    WMS:

In WMS did you Enable AVD AVC/H264 Hardware Decoder in Session Settings?

Just realized H.264 AVC-444 is not supported on ThinOS 9.1. But check the AVC/H264 Hardware Decoder option apparently cause client try to connect through AVC-444. I am a bit confused here.

If i need to use hardware encoder, to my knowledge i must use H.264 AVC-444, does that mean i will stuck with 8.6 on wyse clients?
