    I have my thin clients logging into a VDI solution. Unfortunately they are not passing dual monitor information over to the VDI desktop though so the VDI desktop sees just one really wide monitor when in fact it should be behaving as normal dual screens. I have tried to add the following to my .ini with no change.

    Dualhead=yes Mainscreen=1 MonitorAutoDetect=yes

    I have also tried different connection technology, DVI, VGA, Display port. All behave the same. I have also tried to lower resolution yet it still behaves as one giant monitor. When i log into this environment from my desktop with dual monitors it behaves as it should so this is certainly an issue with the thin client.

    I had read about a package called Dell Wyse TCX suite and thought that could be my answer however when trying to load the package to my thin client the thin client says unknown commands Loadpkg & Addpkg. Am I missing something? Is there a better way to get the dual monitors to actually behave as dual monitors in a VDI situation?
