I get this error message from time to time, interrupting a RDP session.

According to the 9.1.2101 Firmware release Notes, this error shoukd have been addressed by this release, but I still get this message with Wyse running 9.1.3112.

    What shall I do ?

Have you reported this back to Wyse Support?

Have you updated the MVD package? The latest is https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER07558959M/1/Microsoft_WVD_1.2_1157.zip.

It seems that the message occurs when you take a hardcopy using Fn-PrintScr.

@CG : I opened a case at TechDirect, but I was replied to that I need ProSupport for software related issues, so it’s a dead end there.
Is there another way to report this issue ?

Actually not. You do need Pro Support for a minimum of one device at least.

ThinOS 2208 and its packages are now available at https://www.dell.com/support. I suggest trying it. I have a customer who had an issue, and this seems to have fixed their problem.
