Disconnect: Missed heartbeat threshold exceeded

    Hi all,

    I get this error on both my 3040s and 5070s running  ThinOS 9.1.4234 and WVD 1.3.1229.

    The error occurs after less than a second of the session starting the first time, then randomly occurs again. Sometimes I can go hours without it happening, but then some sessions are unusable as it happens constantly.

    There seems to be a fix on 9.1.3129, but I’m unable to start any sessions on 9.1.3129 and WVD  v1.2_1157/1.3.1229 – I just see disconnected in the event log as soon as I launch.

    Fixed the issue where RDP sessions may intermittently close due to an error message stating Missed heartbeat threshold exceeded.

    Anyone seeing the same?

    I am having the same issues in n 9.1.3129 and WVD  v1.2_1157/1.3.1229

     

    Has Dell fixed this???

    Not sure if this is just luck, but I’ve not experienced this for the last couple of days.

    Running ThinOS 9.1.4234 and WVD 1.3.1229 and AVD out of UK South.

    I had similar disconnections to the same AVD resources when using IGEL OS on a 3040 and 5070, so may have been MS.

    I’ll ping back if it occurs again.
