    Hi

I am having authentication problems connecting via RDS gateway from a Dell 3040. There is a oneway trust involved (Zx trust LAx domain). The RDS servers are located on the Zx domain. When connecting to RDS from a windows pc with a user account in the LAx domain all works 100%, but when connecting via Dell 3040 it prompts for a username and password connecting to the RDS gateway.

Any help will be really appreciated!

Could you post firmware version and config?

In what way do you enter username and domain in the log-in box?

    Hi CG

The first screenshot is when login on to the terminal with the LA domain credentials.

The second screenshot is the prompt when I launch the RDP collection (gateway details)

I also tried to sign in with the fully qualified domain name ([email protected]), but it also just prompt for credentials again.

We managed to resolve the problem by changing the one way trust to a two way trust on the domain.
