Hi all,
We have some dell 3040 with touchscrenn 2418HT. We bought this because we need some touchscreen in the factory. The two hardware seems to be compatible but when the wyse started the touchscreen is not working.
In the setting we have the touchscreen tab grayed out…but we don’t know how to “activate” it.
We have plug usb and in the setting the screen is well detected
If someone have the same issue and have found how to solve it

I am new to touch screens – I have a 5070 with 9.2, WMS 3.2 and a Dell 2418ht monitor. I am not sure how to get this working on my device. The touchscreen is connected to the Wyse Terminal with a Display Port cable only. Do I need to add a usb cable from the monitor to the terminal?
Can you help with the settings needed for this?
Any Assistance would be great. I also have a 3040 as well that can be used. Trying to get this configured for a Manufacturing Plant that is getting ready to go online.
