Hello,
We currently have a problem, especially a question about our D50D Wyses in Suse Linux.
Indeed we would like to know if it is compatible with a Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Broker.
Currently it seems to connect to the broker (rds.amari-metal.fr) but does not pass the TS Gateway ([email protected]).
The firmware is up to date in 11.3.110 but it does not connect all the same.
I do not see any menu related to that other than the RDP tab.
Here is the current setting:
server adress = rds.amari-metal.fr
Use RD Gateway parameters = Check
RD Server = rdsweb.amari-metal.fr
use remote desktop references for the RD Gateway = CHECK
We also added our wildcard certificate amari-metal.fr which is loaded into the wyses via wms in .pfx.
Is it a compatibility or certificate issue, does this type of Wyse manage pfx or does it need a CRT or CER?
(on the 3040 Thin OS it works very well)
The error we get is:
“Connection Failure : TS GATEWAY invalid or Not Reachable (Error CODE: -135)”
Thank you in advance for your help.
As the D50Ds are really old and the OS is no longer supported, Server 2016 has never been tested.
I doubt it will work. The only thing you should do is, use Cer or Crt certificates. Do not use pfx.
