I have not encountered that, but one thing we did encounter is when we went from 8.0 to 8.3_109, we were getting ICA directory not found. A conversation with Dell, they told us we need to step upgrade, from  8.0 to 8.1, then 8.2….then 8.3_012 THEN 8.3_109. Once we did this, all the ICA errors went away. So maybe try a step upgrade? What I am trying to do now is take a terminal that has been stepped upgraded pull the image off it, and use that in CCM to push it out so I won’t have to 4 different upgrades.

    Hope this helps.

There is no need to go to all these upgrade steps.

The reason for the ICA error is, that after the first reboot the base.pkg wasn’t extracted successfully. Downgrade the firmware and directly upgrade it again will fix this issue.
