Hi,
What other options are there to send a custom-made image to a V50L over the network besides via WDM (PXE) and USB imaging tool?
Imaging tool – will require end user to enter the BIOS to change the boot up -> can’t trust end users to stuff things up
PXE – will have to add the helper address on the routers -> a massive WAN change, more room for errors.

Boot and hold the “P” key then select the USB key

At least you can manage this as an administrator – the change is simple to apply remotly and getting it wrong will not really break anything
Lastly, onsite visit with Wyse Simple Imager and a crossover cable…
