We have an application where the keyboard shortcut ctrl+alt+f4 is used frequently.
I recently upgraded a few wyse 3040 thin clients from 8.6_807 to 9.3.2102. The ctrl+alt+f4 keyboard shortcut is no longer working on these devices.
I have tried disabling these options in WMS:
Enable Ctrl+Alt+Down for Client Session Selection
Enable Ctrl+Alt+Left for Client Lock Menu
Enable Ctrl+Alt+Right for Client Lock Menu
It didn’t fix the issue.
Is the ctrl+alt keyboard combination reserved for ThinOS commands? Is there some way to disable this?
The clients are connecting to RDP servers through a broker.
Hi Nbg,
I opened a ticket about the same Problem the Hotkeys in Excel do not work@ Dell the fix should come with the next ThinOs after 2211.
Thanks for the feedback Bumblebee.
