I have a few users reporting seeing intermittently the following, is anyone able to advise what this could be in relation to? We have 1500 of these clients running and only a small number in one location have reported this issue?
A Coredump or Trap error is similar to a BSOD in a Windows environment.
There is an updated firmware available (8.5_020) on the Dell support site which should fix that issue.

I’m on the support site, however only see 8.5.b017_3040_eng Only 8.5.020’s are JPN?
Unless you can point me in the right direction?
