    Hello all,

I am currently using the WYSE V10L in a mixed environment. Some users connect to a citrix xen desktop, and some connect to our citrix web interface providing them their published apps. My problem is that when a user launches their published app/desktop they receive an error stating “connection refused: socket error 0”. If the user clicks OK to the message and launch again everything works fine. Now I normally wouldn’t stress over this; however, our users are quite picky and would like their desktop/app to auto-launch when they login…the auto-launch fails about 75% of the time. Any ideas?

    Thanks, Ryan

So they always get this message on first launch? Maybe your server is a bit slow 😉

Ha! could be…forgot to mention our WI is load balanced which I thought could have been the issue, but pointing it directly to one of the web servers still didn’t do the trick.

Found the solution…feel like a dummy – set ICA Browsing to HTTP and voila, launches like a charm everytime!
