I have a 5070 Extended with ThinOS that will support up to 6 monitors. I would like to configure it to support 4 monitors in a 2×2 grid like this: https://www.amazon.com/VIVO-Monitor-Adjustable-Screens-STAND-V004P/dp/B010O51Y5K/ref=asc_df_B010O51Y5K/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=198069575723&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=5594294877384308476&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9020754&hvtargid=aud-802037562948:pla-319290317480&psc=1

I’m guessing thats the Align options in the General section of the Display tab? But no matter what I set there, my client always configure the displays as if there are four of them in a row (1×4). What am I doing wrong?

How does your config look like?
What firmware are you running on the 5070?

I will eventually configure more settings (like the default RDP settings, locking down the client, requiring NTLM login, etc), but those are non-issues if I can’t get the displays to work.

I don’t know how to find the firmware version, but the system version (maybe the same thing?) is 8.6_013. It looks like OS version 8.6_111 is available, and I’m looking at how to upgrade to see if that solves my issue.

I should note that this is from WMS. I’m still trying to figure out how to use your Config tool.

Could you post a screenshot of your config? Especially the monitor config, of course.
Your listing is hard to read.
