    Hi all!
I’ve got a couple of small issues with ConfGen I’m looking for some help on:

    1) Generated a package with confgen and used it with DDC and for the most part it applies correctly to W3235’s, but on some it just hangs during “Upgrade in progress… Please wait…”

    2) When the package is applied successfully, the device never reports back to WDM. Ever. (Well, until a manual firmware refresh is done)
No error message is shown on the device itself. I’ve checked the Rapport icon on one such device, and it points to the correct IP address and port 80)

    Anyone got any good suggestions?

ConfGen 5.0.02, I’ve seen a later version is available, but looks like its fixes/enhancements in the WTOS area, not CE)

    Hi,

check your settings.reg file for these lines:

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINEDriversBuiltInPCIInstanceDP838151]

    “Speed”=dword:1

    “FullDuplex”=dword:2

Simply delete them and create a new package.
This should at least eliminate issue #2.
The first issue sounds to me like a HAgent issue. Try to upgrade the HAgent first and then push the addon to the clients.

Thanks! Spot on with issue #2.

Find it amazing a change in an area which should not affect rapport agent could have such an effect when the RDP connections worked as normal?

All packages re-made and will do some more testing and see if issue #1 goes away.

I will add this to the next version of ConfGen 5.0.06.
