Good Morning All,
We are trying to redirect a Konica Minolta copier to our ThinOS desktops. The copier is showing up in the devices and printers section, however we are not able to set the Account Tracking within the printing preferences, it is greyed out. Have any of you come across this, and if not do you have any ideas? Thank you.
How do you redirect the printer?
Which backend )CTX, MS or VMware)?
