    Hello,

When switching a thin client from a VDI configuration to an ICA connection via an include=$mac.ini configuration file, we are having to factory reset the client so that it loses it’s VDI configuration. Is there a way to have it conditionally factory reset if it detects a VDI broker configuration? If I put a factory reset in the $mac.ini file, it would reset every reboot.

No, there is no conditional factory reset.
Have you tried adding VDIBroker=”” to your mac.ini?

Setting VDIBroker=”” worked wonderfully, thank you so much. It’s actually much better than a factory reset because it maintains display settings!
