Hi,
Since it seams MS Teams optimization will not come to Thinos in the near future I’m trying out a Wyse 5070 with Windows Iot and WMS.
I managed to upgrade Citrix Receiver to Workspace App 1911 from WMS, but I find no way to activate the Single Signon feature of Citrix Workspace. Does anyone know how to do this?
I tried with Installer Parameters “–silent /includesson” , “/silent /includesson” , “–silent –includesson”, but with no luck.

April 23, 2020 at 1:24 pm #52194Have you tried to install it locally manually? Is this working?

April 23, 2020 at 2:37 pm #52196Hi,
After disabling UWF, I managed to uninstall the old Citrix Receiver.
When trying to install locally and manually, the WSapp1911 will not install at all when trying to use parameters. I just get the first install-window and then it closes.
If I try to install without parameters I can install but I don’t get the option so select “Single Signon”.

April 24, 2020 at 3:41 pm #52207Have you tried to attach a USB stick and redirect the “temp” variables to that stick?
That would help with low space issues in the RAM disk.CG
April 27, 2020 at 2:40 pm #52217I don’t know how to redirect temp-files, but there dosn’t seem to be any space-issue on the ram-disk( 0,99GB free).
It seems the install-file will not accept any other parameters than the /silent parameter, not even /? to check what parameters are availible.
May 6, 2020 at 3:46 pm #52235You can use a DOS Prompt and enter
Set tmp=d:\
Set temp=d:\or Control Panel-System-System and open Advanced Systemsettings. There you will find a button called “Environment Variables”

May 8, 2020 at 9:38 am #52251Hi again,
I still get the same problem when temp-files are redirected.
The installer will not finish if other parameters than Silent are entered.
September 17, 2020 at 10:42 am #53077Hi,
is there already a solution? I have the same problem and would like to use the 5070 IoT as an alternative to the 3040 for MS Teams.
September 18, 2020 at 2:00 pm #53081Hi,
I have not found a solution for this.
So we use 5070 with Thinos.
September 21, 2020 at 9:54 am #53084Hi ahereng!
Thanks for the reply, so you use the 5070 with ThinOS for users with MS Teams (headset and webcam) without problems?
September 21, 2020 at 10:26 am #53085Hi again,
We have just started using 5070 with Teams, so not alot of experience yet.
A couple of things thoug:
– It seems Teams in Citrix will only show one video-feed at a time, so the videofeed changes to the active speaker and not showing multiple persons simultaneously. This appears to also be the case if you connect to Citrix from a Windows-pc, so I suspect this is a “Teams-optimization” thing.
– In Thinos 9 there is no way to set the webcam-resolution as it was in Thinos 8, and the standard-resolution is quite poor.
– Headsets and webcams connects without problem, we use Jabra Engage 65 and Logitech C925e

September 21, 2020 at 1:38 pm #53087Thanks, good to know!
ATM i test Citrix with Teams on 5070 Win10 IoT. It works pretty well, but there is no option to enable SSO on the Citrix Workspace App…
– Same webcam as yours and a Plantronics headset.
October 6, 2020 at 3:04 pm #53229So now I was in conntact with the Citrix Support and SSO with the Citrix Workspace App on Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2019 LTSC is working.
Workaround :
– create a “temp” to some folder on C drive (e.g. C:\temp)– Change “%TEMP%” user environmental variables from “Z.\” to “C:\temp”.
– install Citrix Workspace App with SSO
– Change the “%TEMP%” user environmental variables back to “Z:\”.
I testet with Citrix Workspace App 1808, its working without Problems. 😉
