I have users that are geographically separated from where I have 7 Terminal Servers (Nevada-Ohio). My users are primarily in Nevada. My users in Ohio are having problems with Video streaming and as well as opening .pdf documents. I have loaded the TCX server software on all terminals servers. What else can I do to improve my customers streaming video and apps. The common complain is the V10L look like they are on dial-up connection.

What bandwidth do you have? What is the latency on these lines?
Maybe testing VDA is a good idea.

My users at that location are on a T1 line. We have been getting a steady 70-80ms reply between Nevada and Ohio.

In that case VDA will not be of much help.

Streaming through MS Media player or Flash?

I have found VLC video player with the Video settings – Output – DirectX ( DirectDraw) video output setting, fixed alot of choppyness I got on my Windows XP machine while using C10Le. The V10le does have a different video decoder though ( shared with CPU I believe) so that could be the culprit as well?
