In the past, with our 5070 TCs and ThinOS 8.6 firmware versión, we was able to change hostname from WDM and .ini files located on C:\Program Files\DELL\WMS\Tomcat-9\webapps\ccm-web\resources\wnos\inc folder capturing MAC address from TC, creating a MAC.ini files on WDM server, and in that files we put only one line in it:
TerminalName=hostname
With that method, terminals was able to capture its hostname from the WDM server at boot.
There is any method to do the same procedure or similar with new WMS 3.1?

Yes, you can click on the device itself on the Devices tab and define the hostname as an exception.
