I recently updated our production on-prem WMS server to 3.1.559. I am now building out a new Citrix config, but it will not let me save it. Everything was worked fine on a test server with the exact same config. I am not sure what it is missing but when I go to save the config it gives me this error. Funny thing is that the config is stil pushed to the thin clients when I add one to the new group.
Error: Parameter: Screen does not meet unique constraint: [ScreenScreen].
I have tried to delete the config and re-add it but it does not start a new one, it just adds the config I already built. I use DHCP option to add the WMS server and token. I have tried enabling WMS and tried disabling it in the config. I’m stumped, any ideas?
I was able to figure this out. The policy I was trying to change was already set in the default policy. I removed what I needed to remove from the default policy and edit the new group I was trying to create.
