Can’t remove Policy in WMS

    In our WMS 3.1 we provide several direct RDP connections as guidelines under the device configurations. Oddly enough, one of these guidelines cannot be removed. Nothing happens when you click the “Remove Policy” button. The web interface turns gray and that’s it. If you reload the page, the guideline is still available. Other policies can be removed with no problem.

    The system and services have already been restarted. Unfortunately without success

    ThinOS 8 or 9?

    Hi Thomas,

    the configuration of the policy is for ThinOS 8 devices.

    I have just checked this and do not have any issues removing the RDP connection in the policy.
    Have you tried a different PC or browser?
