Can't Login to WDM 4.9.1

    Is there a way to add myself or reset who can open the WDM console? The previous Citrix Admin only had his account configured in the console. When i try to launch it as a domain administrator, this message appears.
    (username) Does Not Belong To A Group with Device Manager Rights. Ensure User Has Rights To List Active Directory Groups.

    The previous Admin’s AD account was deleted back in February of this year so i can’t reset the AD password to get access.

    Download the WDM SQL Queries tool from this website. This gives you the option to add a new user.
