Webcam and audio worked as it should in Teams on our 5070 terminals with Thinos9.

Starting this week we can still see the video when we press the first “Join meeting” where you can choose to turn off audio and video before you actually join the meeting.  But when we now press Join it starts to connect, but then we get a message stating video stopped working, try to switch to another device.

I have tried with different webcams, different terminals also with different versions of thinos9, different users.  Teams HDX optimization is active.  I have also tried several teams-versions, and also rolled back to an old Citrix-image.  Everything without luck.

If I log in to Citrix from a computer, everything workes as it should.

    Anybody have any ideas?

    Regards

    Alexander

Are you using a Non-English ThinOS GUI?
Switch to English and try again.

    Hi,

    We’re using english.

I also tried on a 3040, but I got the same behaviour there.

After yesterday’s monthly Microsoft updates, cam and audio started working again.
