I have some C10 thin clients that were upgraded to the 8.3_019 firmware and now blue screen. I don’t know what firmware they had but suspect it was older than 8.0_512.
I created the USB Firmware Upgrade USB using v3.2 of the tool and 8.0_512 Merlin files and I receive an error during the bootup process.
Decompressing Linux… Parsing ELF… No relocation needed… done.
Booting the kernel.

The bootup process halts after this and the units are stuck. Any help is appreciated.
Why downgrade via USB and not Fileserver?

I don’t think that the boot up process get’s that far before the thin client hangs. It hangs at a blue screen before the system information and log window even popup.
Try one of the older USB Firmware Tools from this website.
