I’ve got an S10 that will not give me access to bios settings. I’ve restarted it holding del, but will not load (works on others, but not this one). I need to change the boot order, but can’t get in… any advice?

Are you using the Wyse keyboard? Try this one.

    Hello!

I am completely newby, just want to use my own 9150SE XPe as a print server, home server 🙂

I cannot get into bios either. What is WYSE KEYBOARD, and how can I emulate this with standard ps2 keyboard.

    Thanks in advance
    Tom

Wyse keyboard is the keyboard that is delivered by Wyse 😉
Although a PS/2 keyboard should work in all times.
Have you really press “Del” while booting?

    Hello, and thanks for reply,

I have bought my WYSE from ebay, as a second hand.
I have no WYSE keyboard 🙂 only the common PS2. My XPe starts correctly, and i can do everything in OS, but when I press DEL while WYSE BOOT IMAGE appears, i hear some “beep” and nothing happens.
Is it possible that wyse treat my del key as other one, and some of the key as DEL ?

Thanks in advance for help to newby:0
    Best regards:

Try some other keyboards, maybe even USB ones. Press the “Del” several times while the BIOS splash screen is visible instead of holding the “Del” key down all the time.

I’m having a similar issue with a d200 that won’t even show a splash screen. It just boots to a pcoip screen. Delete, f12, f10, p during boot have no effect. Control+alt+dn or up arrow don’t bring up any menu. Any ideas for me?

    Hi,

I guess you refer to the “long gone” D200=P20 device, a Teradici based device…

these devices are not x86 based and though don’t have a classic BIOS…

what do you want to do..?

    Regards

Yep. That’s the device exactly. Is it not capable of booting from USB? I was hoping to run dam small Linux. If it can’t do that I’ll throw it out. Thank you for your help Vnad
