    Hello,
We are struggeling with bad performance in MS teams after upgrading from 8.5 to 9.1.2101.

On 8.5 we forced clients to use TCX protocol and that worked OK.

On the new version(9.1) system sounds working but audio in teams is not working.
We are also experiencing a long delay when placing and reciving call. So after the user accepts the call it often takes 20 sec + before the user is in the call.

We have several USB headsets (Jabra,Sennheiser,Microsoft) , the Intel-STT comes as default. We work around this by writing “Microsoft” in the playback/recording Device. By doing this we have to use several policies. But voice audio is not working, While system sound is working.

We have citrix xenapp 7 1912 LTSR , Thinos 9.1.2101, WMS admin 3.2.
And we have the latest CWA package(2104).(same with CWA 20)

Is it possible to disable Intel STT in policy? So that connected headset is default.

Are any known problems with using THINOS 9.1.2101 togheter with teams?

Is this MS Teams 32-bit or 64-bit?

You have Teams Optimization turned ON for the thin client policy under WMS Session Settings >> Citrix Session Settings >> UC Virtual Channel Settings

Also Other Virtual Channel Settings >> USB Redirection ON

Then under WMS Settings >> Session Settings >> Global Session Settings >> USB Redirection Exclude Audio Devices ON and USB Redirection Exclude Video Devices ON

I would also check the MS Teams network port requirements.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/prepare-network

    Ports
    UDP ports 3478 through 3481
    IP addresses
    13.107.64.0/18, 52.112.0.0/14, and 52.120.0.0/14
