    Hi all,

    Any AVD users here?

    I’m getting a few users complaining about random disconnections from their AVD session.

    The error reported is:
    [RDP] disconnect: 36, Missed heartbeat threshold exceeded

    ThinOS 9.1.5067
    bios 1.2.5
    AVD 1.5.1325

    No network connection issues reported by the device or on the network equipment.
