I have Wyse 7010s running WTOS version 8.6_606.
Through WMS I define the recording device name of Microsoft LifeCam HD-3000. The default is set and I can go under Peripherals and it shows it as the default and I can do a test recording and listen back on it.
One I connect to RDS in the event log it shows the recording device has changed back to HD Audio “AUDIO: Change record device to HD Audio” As soon as I log back off of RDS it flips back to the LifeCam. Why is this switching as soon as I login? I want the mic to always default to the Webcam.
Anyone have any advice for this?
Anyone have any ideas on this?
When it flips to HD Audio, does it still work in the session?
